If your team works near traffic or forklifts, this is of interest to you:<\/p>\n<p>This technical note brings together information on PPE capable of visually signalling the presence of the user and, specifically, focuses on high-visibility clothing (HV) for situations with a high risk of being run over (and updates\/replaces NTP 718).<\/p>\n<p>If you purchase\/manage PPE or lead occupational risk prevention, here are 5 key ideas to apply right away:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1767005309678{padding-left: 40px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h5>1) Do not confuse \u2018HV\u2019 with \u2018enhanced visibility\u2019.<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>HV (high risk) \u2192 UNE-EN ISO 20471 (clothing).<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced visibility (medium risk) \u2192 EN 17353:2020+A1:2025 (includes garments and devices such as armbands\/bands).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>2) The \u2018class\u2019 (1, 2 or 3) is not a sticker: it is visible surface area.<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The class is defined by minimum areas of visible material (background and retroreflective).
